About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, patient listener, and effective problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, social media, and WhatsApp
- Provide accurate product and service information while resolving customer concerns promptly
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- Manage order-related queries, returns, refunds, and delivery concerns
- Ensure adherence to service standards, response timelines, and customer satisfaction goals
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related roles
- Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or BPO environments preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Call Center, BPO, E-commerce, or D2C customer support
- Knowledge of order management, returns, refunds, and customer complaint handling
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction focus
