Job Summary
The MBA Department invites experienced Finance professionals who are interested in transitioning from industry to academics. The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, student mentoring, industry-oriented learning, internships, placements, and department development, with a focus on Finance and Financial Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle MBA Finance courses using practical examples, case studies, and real-time industry practices.
- Mentor students in finance projects, internships, placements, and career development.
- Support industry interaction, guest lectures, live projects, and placement-related activities.
- Integrate current financial practices and industry knowledge into classroom learning.
- Guide students in financial analysis, business decision-making, professional skills, and leadership.
- Contribute to departmental activities, accreditation, and institutional development initiatives.
Eligibility
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Finance
- MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Candidates with experience in managerial or supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching, training, consulting, or student mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in Financial Management, Credit & Risk, Financial Analysis or Financial Services are preferred.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
