Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Functional Consultant (Junihor Level) with 2–3 years of experience in financial process optimization. The candidate will work closely with finance teams and technical teams to ensure smooth system usage and accurate financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Understand finance and accounting processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Taxation (GST, TDS)
Assist in ERP finance module implementation (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar systems)
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system outputs
Provide basic user training and resolve day-to-day user issues
Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Generate reports and support MIS preparation
Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements
Prepare and maintain documentation such as SOPs, user manuals, and workflows
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related role
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / any ERP)
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Skills.
Basic knowledge of financial reporting and MIS
Ability to understand business processes and suggest improvements
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
