Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our hiring and people operations efforts. The intern will work closely with the founders and team leads to help identify, engage, and onboard talented individuals across product, engineering, AI/ML, research, and business functions. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internships and project-based roles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, referrals, and other hiring platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers. Support onboarding and documentation processes. Help improve hiring workflows and candidate experience. Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Support team engagement and people operations activities. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a startup environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets is a plus.
