Position: Telecaller Executive – US Healthcare

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Telecaller Executive to join our US Healthcare process team. The role involves communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies through outbound and inbound calls while ensuring high-quality support and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to patient prescriptions and healthcare services
· Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies.
· Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance companies when required
· Follow up on patient inquiries, appointments, documentation, and service requests.
· Verify and update patient, provider, and insurance information in the system.
· Maintain electronic records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality.
· Generate reports and assist with administrative documentation as required.
Required Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
· Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
· Good knowledge of MS Office.
· Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift).
