Job Summary:
To ensure every guest enjoys a fun, smooth, and memorable experience at Black Bunny by delivering excellent customer service, handling guest queries, and maintaining a positive atmosphere across the game zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with ticketing, offers, and packages.
- Guide guests about various zones — Arcade, Bowling, Trampoline, Rope Course, etc.
- Manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and waiting areas.
- Coordinate with operations, F&B, and technical teams for smooth guest flow.
- Promote current offers, memberships, and upcoming events.
- Handle billing, token recharge, and game card management.
- Support birthday parties and group bookings with smooth coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain guest records and prepare basic reports as required.
