Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Retail Stacking to identify and source retail spaces across high streets and malls. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and experience working with landlords, developers, and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source retail properties across high streets and shopping malls.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, and local brokers.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new retail leasing opportunities.
- Evaluate properties based on location, visibility, accessibility, and commercial viability.
- Maintain an updated property inventory and CRM database.
- Coordinate site visits and support the Retail Leasing team.
- Prepare weekly sourcing and market reports.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail property sourcing, brokerage, or leasing.
- Strong understanding of Pune's retail market.
- Existing network with landlords, developers, and brokers is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
