Experienced Role
- 2–5 years in:
- Sanitaryware industry
- CP fittings
- Pipes
- Bath Accessories'
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
- MBA in Marketing preferred for senior roles (not mandatory)
- Minimum 12th pass can also be considered for field sales roles with strong market experience
Skills:
Dealer handling, retail sales, communication, market visits, target achievement
- Good communication in Hindi and local language; basic English preferred
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to build retailer and dealer relationships
- Knowledge of market visits and route planning
- Understanding of product display and merchandising
- Ability to generate secondary sales
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM/mobile apps)
- Willing to travel extensively .
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,024.26 per month
