Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site. The candidate will supervise labour work, ensure quality standards, monitor material usage, and coordinate with contractors and management for timely completion of work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction work at site
- Manage labour and contractor activities
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality and safety standards
- Maintain daily work progress reports
- Check material requirement and usage
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and management
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects
- Handle site-related issues effectively
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experience as Civil Supervisor or Site Supervisor
- Knowledge of construction work and site management
- Ability to manage labour teams
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Good communication and coordination skills

2–3 Years Preferred
Salary 20k to 25k (Fixed)
Salary Negotiable / As per experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
