As a Full Stack Engineer at ResuPulse, you'll work directly with the founder to develop modern web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and AI technologies. This role offers hands-on ownership, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to real features from your first day.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products, solving technical challenges, and learning modern software engineering practices. You'll contribute across the entire stack—from designing intuitive user interfaces to developing scalable backend services and AI-powered features.
Working directly with the founder, you'll gain experience building and shipping production software while collaborating on product decisions and technical architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end product features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Develop scalable backend APIs, business logic, and database models.
- Design clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Build and improve AI-powered features for resume analysis, job matching, and career assistance.
- Debug issues, optimize application performance, and improve reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented production code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, or a related field (2025–2026 graduates or recent graduates).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React or another modern frontend framework.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and software development principles.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable using Git for version control.
- At least one personal, academic, freelance, or open-source project that demonstrates your skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js App Router.
- Familiarity with MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Groq, or similar platforms.
- A deployed application or portfolio showcasing your work.
