We are looking for a confident and energetic someone to join our coaching academy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our courses, and encouraging them to visit the academy for enrollment. The role requires good communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided data
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and batch timings clearly
- Convince students to visit the academy for counseling or demo classes
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and admissions status
- Handle basic queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with the counseling team for student visits
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Confident and polite speaking style
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM handling)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good listening skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage

- Location: Coaching Academy Office
- Working Hours: 9–10 hours (as per institute schedule)
- Salary: Fixed + Incentives based on performance
