About the Role:
We are looking for driven and energetic Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. Your primary objective will be generating high-quality leads, increasing brand visibility for our real estate projects, and interacting directly with potential customers in the field. (Daily reporting to the Salem office for morning meetings and instructions before heading to the field).
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit high-traffic locations (malls, shopping complexes, residential areas, schools, corporate offices) to generate fresh leads.
- Approach and interact with potential customers to clearly explain project details and features.
- Arrange and participate in small meetings or presentations with interested clients.
- Identify and explore new areas for marketing activities, including canopy setups and flyer distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field activities and submit daily reports to management.
- Build reliable relationships with local contacts, vendors, and influencers to boost lead generation.
Requirements:
- Age Limit: 20 to 35 years.
- Education: 12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior experience in Marketing, B2C, or Field Sales is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month (Final salary will be fixed based on interview performance and prior experience).
