A Reservation Executive manages booking inquiries, processes reservations, and maximizes occupancy and revenue. They serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests. This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and proficiency in property or booking management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online travel platforms, providing accurate details on availability, rates, and amenities.
- Booking Management: Process room or service bookings, accurately entering guest details, payment information, and special requests into the centralized reservation system.
- Revenue Maximization: Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., room upgrades, additional services) to boost overall property revenue.
- Issue Resolution: Handle challenges such as overbookings, cancellations, and modifications professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reporting & Auditing: Generate reports on occupancy rates and revenue performance. Prepare and review daily arrival lists for accuracy.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Front Desk, and Housekeeping teams to communicate guest requirements and ensure seamless experiences
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
