Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to support our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining CRM records, conducting cold calls, drafting professional emails, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects. This role is essential in driving the lead generation and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to understand lead requirements and priorities.
- Generate, qualify, and assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Draft professional sales emails, follow-up communications, proposals, and meeting invitations.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and CRM reminders.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Track lead status and ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives by reaching out to targeted prospects.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and sales records.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Basic understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer relationship management.
- Team player with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Business Development, or a similar role.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
