The role
This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of daily operations and revenue. You will run the day-to-day floor and back office, and you will carry a sales number alongside the Centre Manager. Roughly 60 percent operations and admin, 40 percent sales and business development.
If you like being on the floor with parents and kids, chasing a target, and fixing the small things that make a centre run well, this role fits.
What you will do
Operations and administration
- Own daily attendance tracking for all batches; follow up on absentees and flag drop-off risk early
- Manage batch schedules, coach rosters and class capacity; resolve clashes before they hit parents
- Maintain student records, enrolment forms, waivers and medical declarations
- Track subscription renewals, expiries and payment follow-ups; keep dues under control
- vendor coordination, equipment checks and consumables
- Keep the centre safe, clean and event-ready; run opening and closing checks
- Maintain reports on attendance, retention, collections and enquiries for the Centre Manager
Sales and conversion
- Own the enquiry-to-enrolment journey: respond to inbound leads, schedule demos, follow up until closure
- Conduct centre walkthroughs and convert post-demo trials into paid subscriptions
- Pitch programme options, pricing and packages with clarity; handle parent objections
- Drive renewals, upgrades and referrals from the existing parent base
- Keep the CRM clean and current; every lead logged, every follow-up dated
Business development and offline activations
- Build and run local partnerships: schools, preschools, apartment communities, paediatricians and kids brands
- Plan and execute offline activations such as demo camps, society events, school workshops and mall activities
- Represent Salto at local events and generate walk-ins and qualified leads
- Support marketing on local campaigns, flyer distribution and community outreach
- Feed back on what is working on ground so campaigns and pricing improve
Parent and coach experience
- Be the first point of contact for parents at the centre; resolve issues fast and close the loop
- Coordinate with coaches on batch progress, student feedback and assessments
- Support competitions, gradings, showcases and parent open days

- Background in sports, fitness or child-focused services
- Experience running offline activations or school and community partnerships
