The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products such as puff rice machines, noodle machines, and paper-plate machines. They will also handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
The role includes explaining product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers, understanding their requirements, and suggesting suitable solutions. The executive will be responsible for regular follow-ups with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the system is an important part of the job. The candidate will also coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Telesales Executive will work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets. They should stay updated with product knowledge and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Required Skills
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools, is required. The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated is important for success in this role.
Qualification & Experience
A graduate or diploma in any field is preferred. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support will be suitable. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
