Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

- Competencies: Excellent communication (verbal/written), empathy, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MS Office.
