- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support experience.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
