Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Civil Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, infrastructure, and civil structures. The candidate will ensure all facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Inspect buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other civil structures.
- Monitor repair and renovation work at project sites.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Estimate material requirements and control maintenance costs.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and asset conditions.
- Identify structural defects and recommend corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil maintenance, facility management, or construction maintenance.
- Knowledge of civil repair works, waterproofing, painting, flooring, and structural maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,885.00 per month
