Position: IDSS Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined IDSS Manager to handle internal disputes among associates related to plot sales and ensure proper implementation of company sales rules and regulations. The candidate will be responsible for resolving disputes, monitoring rule compliance, imposing penalties for rule violations, and creating effective policies to maintain discipline and transparency within the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve internal disputes between associates related to plot sales.
Investigate complaints and maintain proper records of dispute cases.
Develop and implement rules and guidelines related to sales activities.
Ensure all associates follow company sales policies and procedures.
Monitor rule violations and impose penalties as per company policies.
Coordinate with management regarding serious disputes or disciplinary matters.
Maintain documentation of penalties, warnings, and dispute resolutions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
