Supervisor – Ex-Servicemen Only (4 Positions)
Location: RIL NEI, Jamnagar, Gujarat Salary: ₹35,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time
We are hiring 4 Supervisors for our operations at RIL NEI, Jamnagar. This position is exclusively for Ex-Servicemen. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising manpower, monitoring field activities, maintaining discipline, ensuring compliance with site procedures, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Eligibility - Ex-Servicemen only. - Retired personnel from the Indian Army, Air Force, or other Defence Services. - Candidates from any rank may apply. - Experience in supervision, administration, operations, logistics, or security will be an advantage. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Basic knowledge of smartphone and computer operations.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise site personnel and daily operations. - Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of staff. - Ensure compliance with company and site procedures. - Maintain daily operational reports and records. - Coordinate with management and client representatives. - Support safety, security, and operational requirements. - Resolve routine operational issues and report exceptions. Requirements - Physically fit and capable of handling site
responsibilities. -
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required. Immediate joining preferred. Compensation - Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month.
