We are looking for a creative, proactive and skilled Social Media Content Creator to manage content for Invoteo Future Pvt. Ltd.
The role involves planning content, visiting project and customer locations to shoot videos, editing videos and graphics, publishing content and managing our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they possess the required skills and can submit a strong portfolio or relevant sample work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Create original content ideas aligned with both companies’ brands and services.
- Visit project sites, offices and events to capture photos and videos.
- Shoot and edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and project showcases.
- Design attractive social media posts, stories, thumbnails and other creatives.
- Write captions, video scripts and basic promotional content in Malayalam and English.
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Manage comments, messages and basic audience engagement.
- Assist in planning and running paid social media advertisements.
- Monitor content performance and prepare basic monthly performance reports.
- Occasionally appear in videos when required.
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting and audio.
- Video-editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or VN.
- Graphic-design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to write captions and basic scripts in Malayalam and English.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn content.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for field-based video shoots.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- A specific degree is not mandatory.
- A portfolio or relevant sample work is compulsory.
- Candidates should be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
Work Schedule
- Four days off per month.
- Occasional extended hours may be required for field shoots, events or time-sensitive content.
