We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the manufacturing industry to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering business requirements, analyzing manufacturing processes, and delivering technology-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, production planning, inventory management, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with business users.
- Assist in ERP implementation, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business performance monitoring.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and SDLC/Agile practices.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis is preferred.
- 3–6 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience working with ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
