Job Description
AGI Innovations Makes360 Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a PHP Tech Team Lead with proven experience in leading a development team and managing complete project delivery. The candidate must have hands-on coding expertise along with leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of PHP developers
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain web applications using Core PHP and frameworks
- Work on frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.
- Review code and enforce coding standards
- Handle client communication and requirement gathering
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide the team
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in PHP development
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead / Senior Developer
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP
- Hands-on experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks
- Good understanding of APIs, MySQL, and database design
- Experience in team handling, mentoring, and task management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
