Location: Mumbai (Harbour and Central Line)
Experience: 4-8 years
Industry: Building Material / Facade / ACP / Cladding / Lamination / Plywood/ Glass / Door windows etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through Project Sales
- Handle architects, builders, consultants, PMCs & contractors
- Conduct regular site visits and project follow-ups
- Identify upcoming projects and maintain strong market network
- Drive specifications and approvals for products
- Coordinate with dealers and channel partners for project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction industry
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent network with architects, builders, and contractors
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in building material industry is mandatory
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional
