· Formulating Drawings
· Preparing concept drawing based on tender documents & drawings
· Senior Design Manager need to Understanding the job Scope and System
· Providing BOQ to Estimation team for quote
· Senior Design Manager Visit on site & do the site measurement, if required
· Senior Design Manager Reviewing & Finalizing Drawings
· Review the structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawing
· Preparing basic shop drawing communicate to project team
· Effect any alterations on shop drawings in co-ordination with Project Managers
· Preparation of Isometric drawings
· Project Coordination
· Provide approved detailed shop drawings to concern team
· Providing Material Take Off (MTO) to purchase with component schedule (profiles /gaskets/accessories/hardware schedule).
· Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders and material indents.
· Prepare as built drawings in coordination with Project.
· Value Addition
· Senior Design Manager Achieving productivity improvement with value added operations
· Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation, Maintenance Cost
· Innovative Idea
· Other tasks as assigned from time to time
They Must have experience or knowledge of facade work,Aluminum Doors and windows.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
