Job Role: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)
NOTE : ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS CAN APPLY.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate or Freshers.
- Excellent Communication Skills (English).
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice BPO.
Salary: For Freshers - 30,000 CTC, 25,580 in hand
For Experienced- upto ₹33,000 CTC
Selection Process: HR Round + Operations Round ( All Virtual)
Work Schedule:
* 5.5 days working
* Rotational shifts & 2 weekly offs
Facilities:
- Cab facility available
- Night shift allowance (₹180 per shift )
- One-side cab in odd hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for non-emergency medical transportation
- Assist with ride scheduling & customer queries
- Maintain call records & resolve issues
Requirements:
- Good spoken English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior call center/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
