Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / Marketing Analytics Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Marketing Analytics Project Manager to drive operational excellence for the Marketing Analytics team while representing the function in cross-functional digital, data, and transformation initiatives.
This role is primarily focused on streamlining analytics team operations, managing work intake and prioritization, and improving execution across projects and stakeholders, while also ensuring alignment with evolving marketing technology and data platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis, project management, and operational process design skills with the ability to navigate complex digital ecosystems. They will act as a central coordinator across marketing, analytics, data engineering, and technology teams to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Operations & Workflow Management (30%)

Own and optimize Marketing Analytics team workflows, including ticket intake, prioritization, and tracking (e.g., monday.com).

Ensure tickets are clearly defined, properly scoped, and consistently updated to maintain visibility across stakeholders.

Establish and enforce process standards for request submission, documentation, and delivery tracking.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and standardize ways of working.

Partner with team leadership to manage capacity planning, intake governance, and prioritization frameworks.
Business Analysis & Requirements Definition (20%)-
Translate business questions into structured requirements, user stories, and actionable analytics tasks.

Develop clear documentation including process flows, requirements, data definitions, and acceptance criteria.

Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution across analytics and engineering teams.

Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and gaps in project scope or requirements.
Project & Stakeholder Management (20%)-
Manage cross-functional analytics workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly tracked.

Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent communication on status, risks, and priorities.

Facilitate alignment across marketing, analytics, and technology teams on scope, timelines, and success metrics.

Drive accountability by ensuring stakeholders and teams are informed and engaged throughout delivery.
Marketing Data & Platform Coordination (10%)-
Represent Marketing Analytics in initiatives involving platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), CDP, Snowflake (EDP), GA4, and AdTech tools.

Evaluate how platform and data changes impact analytics workflows, data availability, and reporting capabilities.

Ensure analytics and measurement requirements are incorporated into platform enhancements and roadmap discussions.

Support coordination across teams to improve data accessibility and usability for analytics use cases.
Documentation, Training & Enablement (20%)-
Build and maintain a centralized repository of documentation, playbooks, standards, and best practices.

Create and deliver training materials and onboarding resources for internal stakeholders.

Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and data capabilities through structured enablement efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
3–6+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, marketing operations, or analytics program management.

Strong experience managing work intake, ticketing systems (e.g., monday.com, Jira), and operational workflows.

Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable work items.

Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Familiarity with marketing data ecosystems, including CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), CDP, Snowflake, and GA4.

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving structure and clarity.

Experience improving or scaling team processes, governance models, or operational frameworks is highly preferred.
