Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Head who has proven
experience in building and scaling marketing functions from 0 to 1. This role is ideal for
someone who has worked in SaaS / B2B / product startups and has successfully driven
growth from scratch.
You will own the entire marketing function end-to-end, including brand, demand
generation, positioning, and growth, while working closely with leadership, sales, and
product teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. 01 Marketing Ownership
- Build and scale the marketing function from scratch
- Define marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Set up processes, tools, and team structure
2. Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive end-to-end demand generation across:
o Digital, performance marketing, content, SEO/SEM, outbound
- Build scalable growth engines with strong ROI focus
- Partner with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue
3. Brand & Positioning
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Build strong brand presence across channels
- Lead PR, thought leadership, and employer branding
4. Team Building & Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and scale the marketing team
- Build a performance-driven, data-first culture
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership
5. Analytics & Performance
- Define KPIs and track marketing performance
- Optimize campaigns using data insights
- Improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience in 01 marketing build and scaling
- Strong background in SaaS / B2B / product startups
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and pipeline
