Job Title: Waiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent dining service. The ideal candidate should ensure guests have a pleasant experience by taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and seat customers with a positive attitude.
* Present the menu and explain dishes when required.
* Take customer orders accurately using the POS/KOT system.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
* Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
* Handle customer requests and resolve minor complaints courteously.
* Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
* Process bills and assist with payments.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
* Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter (preferred).
* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English/Marathi is an advantage.
* Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
