We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can manage both civil execution and on-ground manpower/workforce coordination at our project sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supervising construction work while also handling daily manpower deployment, attendance, vendor coordination, and site reporting. While the current requirement is for Raipur, candidates from any location willing to relocate or travel per project needs are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Site & Construction Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute and monitor RCC structural works, including Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to client requirements.
- Assist with measurements, billing, and project documentation.
Daily Site Activity & Reporting
- Conduct daily site briefings and assign tasks to workers.
- Maintain and submit daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly manpower deployment, attendance, and work progress through MIS reports.
- Share daily progress updates and site photographs with the management team.
- Monitor material availability and raise requirements in advance.
Manpower & Vendor Management
- Plan and deploy manpower (skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled) as per daily site requirements.
- Manage labour teams, subcontractors, and recruitment vendors for timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project engineers for smooth execution.
- Handle worker issues, absenteeism, and arrange immediate replacements.
- Support payroll and compliance teams with accurate employee records.
- Maintain a database of candidates, vendors, and deployed manpower.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and site discipline.
- Ensure adherence to labor law and compliance requirements.
- Resolve on-site challenges and escalate critical issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience in site/manpower supervision).
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction projects, site supervision, or manpower/workforce deployment.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC Structural Work, Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution.
- Experience managing labour teams, subcontractors, and recruitment vendors.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and daily/weekly/monthly reporting (MIS).
- Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel based on project requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Independent site execution.
- Manpower supply, labour contracting, workforce deployment, or contractor management.
- Managing large labour teams and multiple subcontractors across project locations.
- Experience maintaining recruitment/workforce databases and coordinating onboarding.
