We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Supervisor to oversee on-site interior fit-out, finishing, and maintenance work at Nucleus City Mall. The ideal candidate will supervise contractors and in-house teams to ensure interior work is executed to design specifications, on schedule, and to a premium quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation work on-site
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure execution matches approved design plans
- Monitor material quality, workmanship, and adherence to timelines across interior work
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve execution issues or design deviations
- Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and vendor coordination
- Ensure interior work complies with safety standards and site protocols
- Coordinate with the facility/mall management team on ongoing maintenance and touch-up work
- Support planning and execution of interior upgrades for tenant spaces and common areas
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior Supervisor, preferably in retail, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Diploma/degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong on-site coordination skills with contractors, vendors, and design teams
- Working knowledge of interior finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
- Willingness to work on-site full-time with flexibility as project timelines require
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
