About Us:
We are a dynamic mobile accessories brand dedicated to enhancing the mobile experience of our customers. We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our paid ads and modern SEO strategies to scale our Shopify store.
Your primary job is to analyse campaign data and guide our existing internal design team on exactly what kind of ad creatives, visual variations, and landing pages to produce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Manage AI Campaign Formats: Set up, monitor, and scale Meta Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) and Google Performance Max (PMax).
- Analyze Creative Metrics: Track creative performance using specific metrics like Thumb-Stop/Hook Rates (3-second views), Hold Rates, and outbound CTR to see what resonates.
- Brief the Design Team: Turn ad data into clear, actionable briefs for our designers and editors. Tell them exactly what fresh visual hooks, angles, or format variations to make next to beat creative fatigue.
- AI Data Analysis: Feed raw CSV reports from Meta and Google Ads into AI tools like Claude to instantly analyze performance, spot creative fatigue, and uncover audience insights.
- Data Tracking Health: Keep data clean by monitoring server-side tracking and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
2. Modern SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize for Google AI Overviews: Position our store to be cited as a source inside Google’s AI search summaries, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
- Structure Content for AI: Guide the content team to format product pages, FAQs, and blogs into short, direct "answer blocks" that AI search engines can easily crawl.
- Schema Markup: Deploy advanced Product, FAQ, and structured Schema Markup to win visual search placements.
- Technical SEO & INP: Use Search Console and SEMrush to audit mobile indexing and Core Web Vitals, specifically monitoring INP (Interaction to Next Paint).
3. Shopify Operations & Analytics:
- Shopify Backend: Manage daily store operations like setting up coupon codes, updating collections, and launching promo banners.
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Use GA4 to track user drop-offs and collaborate with designers to test better landing page layouts.
- Growth Reporting: Maintain weekly and monthly reports tracking revenue, platform CPA, and blended MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience running paid ads and SEO for e-commerce/D2C brands (brand or agency background).
- Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager (Advantage+), Google Ads (PMax), GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Strong data-to-creative translation: Proven ability to look at analytical dashboards and turn those numbers into clear visual briefs for a creative team.
- AI Stack Literacy: Hands-on experience using AI tools for copywriting, market research, and data analysis to speed up marketing workflows is major plus.
- Operational familiarity with the Shopify dashboard.
- Sharp communication skills to smoothly guide and collaborate with an internal design team.
