Bartender / Assistant Bartender
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and prepare cocktail and zero-proof beverage recipes.
* Assist with ingredient preparation, batching, and mise en place.
* Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining consistency and quality.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
* Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with the bar team.
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, or the hospitality industry.
* Passion for bartending and willingness to learn.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
* 6 months to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Bartender or Bartender.
Salary
* Assistant Bartender: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month.
* Experienced Bartenders: Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.
Working Hours
* 8–9 hour shifts.
* Must be comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
