Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain residential real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to drive conversions.
- Update customer details and call records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling and closures.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
