- Identify project goals, functional requirements, and design preferences.
- Design Development: Create, sketch, and render design plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Material Selection: Source materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Project Management: Establish timelines, coordinate with contractors, and supervise on-site installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar design software.
- Creative Vision: Strong understanding of color, spatial planning, lighting, and textures.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to present ideas and work with clients and tradespeople.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
