Production Supervisor – All Mask Industry (Job Description)
Position: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily mask production activities and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor manpower utilization, machine performance, and productivity.
- Maintain product quality standards and compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Ensure proper documentation of production reports and records.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and workplace discipline.
- Train and guide production operators and helpers.
- Resolve production issues and report to the Production Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- 2–5 years of production supervision experience (preferably in mask, garment, or manufacturing industry).
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
Reporting To: Production Manager
Location: Manufacturing Plant / Production Unit.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
