Job Summary
The HR & Admin professional is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions along with overseeing administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources (HR) Functions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit).
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and documentation.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
2. Administration Functions
- Oversee daily office administration operations.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Coordinate vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Monitor office supplies and procurement.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance.
- Handle infrastructure and asset management.
3. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliances.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
- Coordinate audits (internal and external).
- Prepare and maintain HR/admin reports and documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Foster positive work culture and employee relations.
- Conduct training and development initiatives.

Qualifications
