Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads provided by the company, understanding client requirements, presenting our services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls using company-provided leads.
- Explain company services and offerings to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over calls.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred).
