Technical Skills
* Strong Full-Stack development background.
* Frontend: React (preferred), TypeScript/JavaScript. Experience with MVC is acceptable, but modern frameworks are preferred.
* Backend: Python, REST APIs, microservices.
* Strong database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
* Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and scalable software architecture.
DevOps & Cloud
* Good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, and release management. They don’t need to execute everything themselves but should be able to guide the team.
* Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
Leadership
* Experience hiring, mentoring, conducting code reviews, managing performance, and building high-performing engineering teams.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with product and business stakeholders.
Software Quality & Architecture
* Strong understanding of testing, code quality, and engineering best practices.
* Experience defining technical strategy and architecture, including build-vs-buy decisions, managing technical debt, introducing engineering standards, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
