Collect blood and other patient samples as per standard procedures. * Perform routine pathology tests accurately and efficiently. * Handle and operate laboratory equipment and analyzers. * Properly label, process, store, and dispose of samples. * Maintain laboratory records, registers, and test reports. * Follow all laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control protocols. * Perform daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. * Coordinate with doctors, phlebotomists, and other laboratory staff. * Ensure timely processing and reporting of patient samples. * Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory. * Provide home sample collection services when required.
