We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle incoming enquiries, qualify leads, schedule site visits, and support our sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling
- Handle incoming customer enquiries from phone calls, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website leads.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic product-related questions.
- Build a positive first impression of the company.
Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on location, project type, budget, and customer requirements.
- Update customer details accurately in the CRM.
- Assign qualified leads to the sales team.
- Follow up with customers who have not responded or are pending decisions.
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule site visits for Sales Executives.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily schedules.
- Send reminders to customers before site visits.
Customer Relationship
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Resolve basic customer queries.
- Ensure prompt responses to enquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic communication in English.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good listening and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Fast typing skills are an added advantage.

- Can work from our Manjeri office.

- Candidates from Manjeri, Malappuram, Perinthalmanna, Kondotty, Tirur, Nilambur, Calicut, and nearby areas.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, real estate, construction, banking, insurance, automobile, or sales is an advantage.
