Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
Papayacare Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring overall well-being of residents in a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care to residents as per care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SPO2, etc.) and maintain records.
- Assist doctors during visits and follow medical instructions properly.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
- Handle medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with caregivers and other staff for resident care.
- Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain stock of medicines and medical supplies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: GNM Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital / elderly care / assisted living (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of emergency care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skills:
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Strong clinical and observation skills
- Ability to handle elderly residents with care and respect
- Teamwork and coordination
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
- Weekly off as per roster
