Key Responsibilities
- Design & Planning: Analyze maps, topographical data, and soil test results to determine structural feasibility. Use CAD and simulation software to design project blueprints. [1, 2, 3]
- Cost Estimation: Calculate budgets for materials, equipment, and labor to ensure projects are economically viable. [1, 2]
- Regulatory Compliance: Submit permit applications and ensure all construction adheres to local, state, and federal building codes. [1]
- Site Management: Oversee construction operations, monitor progress, and verify that the building process aligns with the final engineering plans. [1, 2]
- Risk Assessment: Conduct environmental impact assessments and implement risk management strategies.
