We at *Multibhashi* are hiring an *English Language Trainer* for one of our university clients in *Sarjapur, Bangalore*.
### *Role Overview*
The trainer will conduct English communication classes covering *Grammar, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills* for university students.
### *Key Details*
- *Location:* On-site, Sarjapur, Bangalore
- *Days:* Friday & Saturday only
- *Timings:* 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- *Students:* 200–300 students total, divided into *3 batches*
- *Batch Size:* Approx. 70–80 students per batch
- *Class Duration:* 1 hour per batch
- *Selection Process:* A demo class will be required before final onboarding
### *Compensation & Terms*
- *Pay Rate:* ₹400 per hour
- *Total per day:* 3 classes × ₹400 = *₹1,200 per day*
- *Employment Type:* On the payroll of Multibhashi, Freelance basis
- *Note:* No separate travel allowance will be provided. The above amount is inclusive.
- *TDS:* As per government policy, *10% TDS* will be deducted from the total payout. A TDS certificate will be provided, which you can use while filing returns.
### *Requirements*
- Prior experience in training *college/university students* is required
- Strong command over *English Grammar, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills*
- Ability to manage large classroom batches
