Vessel Accounting & Operations
Location
Mumbai, India (Kandivali / Charkop)
Key ResponsibilitiesVessel Accounting
- Prepare and verify vessel disbursement accounts
- Process vendor invoices and SOA reconciliation
- Coordinate with agents and principals for outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate accounting records and reports
- Handle port cost estimations and final DA settlements
Vessel Operations
- Coordinate vessel port calls and operational activities
- Liaise with agents, terminals, owners, and charterers
- Monitor vessel schedules and operational updates
- Handle documentation and operational reporting
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in shipping / maritime industry preferred
- Knowledge of vessel accounting and port operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience
1–5 years preferred
Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
