Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can actively work on Technical SEO, Paid Ads (Google and Meta), and Content/Blog Management to improve website visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO
- Perform on-site SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, and internal linking
- Conduct technical audits such as Core Web Vitals, indexing, and crawl errors
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Create and submit sitemap.xml and maintain robots.txt
- Implement basic schema markup (JSON-LD)
- Optimize website structure and page speed
Paid Advertising (Google and Meta Ads)
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and copies
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Content and Blogs
- Write and publish SEO-friendly blog articles
- Perform keyword research for content planning
- Optimize blogs with proper headings, keywords, and internal links
- Coordinate with design team for visuals and thumbnails
- Update and improve existing content for better rankings and need to write without using AI content writing tools.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console
- Good writing skills for blogs and website content
- Experience with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
- Ability to analyze data and improve performance
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Gamma or Surfer SEO
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Experience
1 to 3 years preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply.
