Reports To: IT&D Business Manager – D&A
The IT&D Senior Analyst – D&A provides dedicated operational support to the IT&D Business Manager – D&A, focusing specifically on financial management and budget control, and on vendor and contract governance for the D&A technology portfolio.
This role ensures accurate financial tracking, disciplined budget execution, and strong vendor compliance, freeing the Business Manager to focus on broader leadership, governance, and strategic priorities.
- Support IT&D financial management for the D&A technology portfolio (Run and Change investment tracking, including value realization).
- Assist with OpEx and CapEx forecasting, monitoring, and variance analysis for D&A digital capabilities.
- Support OpEx and CapEx forecasting processes, including data collection, consolidation, and variance tracking
- Support annual planning cycles, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning activities.
- Own and maintain financial tracking processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Support governance and compliance monitoring of global vendor agreements for D&A technology platforms.
- Coordinate procurement support activities, including contract renewal tracking, sourcing documentation, and onboarding support for strategic D&A technology partners.
- Own the contract repository and ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness
- Track vendor performance and SLA adherence in collaboration with partner and vendor management functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Vendor/Procurement Management, or IT Business Management support roles
- Experience with budget tracking, forecasting, or vendor governance is highly desirable
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization is a plus
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with financial planning and reporting tools
- Understanding of IT cost structures (applications, licenses, vendors) is a plus
- Prior experience working with SAP systems will be an advantage
- Familiarity with contract and vendor management processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly reliable with strong discipline in following processes and deadlines
- Proactive communicator, comfortable flagging issues early
- High integrity and discretion with financial and contractual data
- Good written and verbal communication skills
