Required Technical Skills
Core BIM & Modeling
● Autodesk Revit – Expert level
● Advanced Revit Family Creation (parametric, nested, shared parameters)
● Navisworks (Quantification & Timeliner)
● Model-based quantity extraction workflows
4D / 5D & Cost Integration
● 4D sequencing and construction simulation
● 5D BIM workflows (model → BOQ → BOM → cost)
● Strong Excel skills for quantity validation and cost logic
● Dynamo (preferred, not mandatory)
Construction Domain Knowledge
● Modular & prefab construction systems
● LGSF, PUF panels, drywall, steel structures
● Shop drawing standards
● Onsite constructability understanding
● Manufacturing + site execution interfaces
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
