Job Description – Sales Executive (PEB Structures) Job Title: Sales Executive – PEB Structures Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Ahmedabad and Vadodara Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and structural steel projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, developing relationships with industrial clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and closing sales while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet industrial clients, consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and builders. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable PEB solutions. Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals with the estimation team. Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure. Conduct site visits and client presentations. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts. Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for smooth execution. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. 2–5 years of experience in PEB, steel structures, industrial construction, or related B2B sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Candidate Experience in selling PEB warehouses, factories, industrial sheds, commercial buildings, and steel structures. Existing network with consultants, architects, contractors, and industrial clients. Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
